Ordering Information

In order to limit our overhead costs and ensure the lowest prices remain available to you, MaxBilliards.com only accepts payments made through our website, using our secure Paypal shopping cart.  You do not have to be a member of Paypal to make payments for purchases.  If you have any questions about this policy, or using Paypal, please call us toll-free at 1-888-869-5908.  We'll be happy to speak with you.

Return Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase.  However, if by chance you receive a defective product, you may return it to MaxBilliards.com within 21 days from the date the item is shipped.  If it is a pool cue, it will be your responsibility to examine the cue before you use it, to check for any defects.  Once your cue is chalked, it will not be eligible for returning if it is warped.  Every cue maker warranties their cues.  MaxBilliards.com will assist you in handling your claim if an item is defective.  If you need assistance, call or email us, and we'll make sure that the process is smooth and quick.

Shipping Information
Any order over $100 will receive free standard shipping.  MaxBilliards.com uses UPS and the USPS.  We offer expedited shipping, including overnight and second day air.  Most orders will ship within 1 business day.  If your order is placed before 11am, and is in stock, your order will ship the same day.

We only ship to the U.S. and Canada.  No international orders accepted.

Shipping Rates
Shipping via UPS ground (3-5 business days) is a standard price of $8.95 for orders $99.99 and under, and free for orders $100 and greater.
Economy shipping (USPS) is $6.95 for orders under $100. 
Orders over $100 will always use UPS ground and will be free.

*Accessories shipping*
Due to the rising cost of shipping, accessories will be shipped via USPS (7-10 days). **This does not apply when ordering accessories with a pool cue or case, or when your order total is greater than $100.  Only when ordering accessories by themselves.**

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be added for orders that are shipped within the state of West Virginia (6%).
